May is National Bike Month, National Bike to Work Week, National Bike to Work Day, & in Burlington, IA, host to the Snake Alley Criterium on Memorial Day Weekend! In the spirt of cycling this month, Bickel's is holding our 2nd Annual Bicycle Story Contest. Everyone has a story to tell, and we want to hear about yours! Did that simple bicycle trip to the grocery store to get a gallon of milk turn into something more than a $3.49 bargain?! Have you toured the Napa Valley wine country on your bicycle or rode across the entire USA?! Were the best memories of your childhood of that of riding your bike as fast as you could, racing your friends to the sandlot to play ball & dirty your knees!?! From May 2 – 20, 2011, we welcome you to submit your Most Exciting Bicycle Adventure story to Cosmo Leone of 107.3FM (KGRS) at cosmo@thenewmix.com. Cosmo will read the stories on-air daily & Bickel's will post them to our website.
