This innovative piece features effortless, one-handed, gas-assisted adjustments, making transitioning between each exercise a breeze. Complete a combination of exercises such as a chest press, incline press, and shoulder press, all in one machine. To switch exercises, simply locate the appropriately labeled handle, and with one hand move the adjustment handle to the desired workout notch. Multiple position handle bars allow this machine to fit the needs of all users of all sizes. Simply relocate your hands on the handle bars to find the most comfortable position for you during your workout. The adjustment handles are color-coded to make locating the proper handles incredibly easy. The overhead adjustment, seat adjustment, and weight adjustment can all be found by locating the yellow adjustment handles.
