The R100 includes a two color LCD display. The monitor has a many motivational programs to help motivate you during your workouts. Great programs like ‘interval’ training, letting you set up distance and time intervals. Standard programs that simulate resistance change. Heart Rate Control programming that allows you to monitor your heart rate. The computer will automatically adjust the resistance according to your heart rate level. If it is too high, the rower will decrease resistance, if it is too low, the rower will increase resistance. Readouts include: 500m time, total time, total strokes, strokes per minute, calories, speed, distance and pulse.*

LifeCORE indoor rowers have a unique feature which combines air and magnetic resistance. The R100 rower is equipped with 16 levels of resistance and can be adjusted electronically directly on the computer. The flywheel is also a fan which generates air as you pull. The first level is all air resistance and then the magnetic resistance is engaged at level 2 and beyond. The flywheel design minimizes noise while maximizing a smooth feel.

The R100 sits 14.5” (36.83 cm) from the floor.

The R100 features a quick release framelock mechanism, so you can easily fold the rower for storage. Built-in roller wheels on the front and rear feet allow you to roll the machine into position.

The footrests on the R100 are fully adjustable to foot size and are equipped with separate heel supports. You can strap your feet in with the quick release, industrial grade nylon straps. (Footrests accommodate a wide range of shoe sizes.) Our comfortable, ergonomic handle features a 10 degree bend that allows you to row with a natural arm and hand position.

The Lifecore Rowers feature a ‘Belt Drive’ instead of a chain. Our philosophy is that a belt is quieter, no maintenance required, and reliable (same material as a car seat belt).
